Join Crochet Guild Australia for a transformative 2-day Crochet Teacher's Training session preceding the National Crochet Conference in Melbourne this June. Led by a team of seasoned instructors with over 50 years of collective teaching experience, this comprehensive program equips you with the confidence and skills to excel as a crochet teacher.

Discover how to teach effectively to both left-handed and right-handed students, develop structured lesson plans, and master classroom management techniques for handling diverse student needs. This Level 1 Crochet Instructor Certificate course aligns with the standards set by the Craft Yarn Council of America (CYCA), while emphasizing the unique qualities and practices specific to Australian crochet.

Throughout the training, participants will engage in hands-on learning activities, complete crochet samples, and undertake written assignments to demonstrate proficiency in fundamental crochet techniques and teaching principles. A comprehensive manual provided during the training serves as a valuable ongoing resource for your teaching journey.

Upon successful completion of Level 1, participants earn an Instructor Certificate, with the option to pursue Level 2 for a Teacher Certificate.

Don't miss this opportunity to elevate your crochet teaching skills and join a vibrant community of crochet educators.
