Become a stallholder

Crochet Guild Australia (CGA) is excited to announce our upcoming yarn market event and invite you to be a stallholder.

Our yarn market will be held 1-3 June 2023 at Wesley Conference Centre, Sydney. It will be an excellent opportunity for you to showcase and sell your yarn, crochet patterns, and other fibre-related products to a dedicated and passionate audience. General Ticket Admission and Workshop Ticket Holders will gain access to your stall and we anticipate foot traffic to be in the vicinity of 1200 per day.

As a stall holder, you can interact with customers, demonstrate your products, and build your brand. We will provide you with a stall space, tables, and chairs to display your products.

To apply to be a stall holder at our yarn market, please fill out the application form and submit it by 30 April 2023. Please note that space is limited. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Cost: CGA Members - $295, Non-members - $500

General terms: 

  • Each trading space is approximately 3 metres x 3 metres - the size of a gazebo in a typical market.
  • 3 Trestle tables and tablecloths will be provided as well as 2 chairs. If you require additional lighting, pin boards or fittings for your stall - that is your responsibility to supply. 
  • Bump-in of your stall is available from 7am from the loading dock at the Wesley Conference Centre each morning of the event.
  • Security guards will be onsite overnight to safeguard your stock.  
  • Parking your vehicles is your responsibility and is not included in the price of the market stall.
  • Vendors are expected to be ready to trade from 8.30am through till 5.30pm each day. Booth registration includes the price of ONE 3-day conference entry ticket. If you need to staff your stall with additional people, you must pre-purchase day tickets for them.
  • Your vendor space is not confirmed until payment is made.
