Workshop 29: Halter, Crop & Bikini Tops

Join internationally renowned crochet designer (and one of the four founders of Crochet Guild Australia)  Jenny King to learn how to make the most beautifully shaped crochet bikini, bralette and camisole tops that fit.

Come to class with basic stitch knowledge and learn how to make the most flattering bustier/bralette/camisole top for yourself in crochet.

Learn 4 bust dart shaping techniques, and how to add elastic to crochet. Jenny has been designing and selling bikinis since the ‘70s. They were originally sold in the building that has now been converted into Spell and the Gypsy Collective in Byron Bay.

Take a peek at what you can expect to make after learning from our amazing Jenny King.

Oh, and did I mention that Jenny is a past President of Crochet Guild Australia and is also our Director of Education. A qualified teacher, Jenny is one of Australia's most treasured crochet icons.

Please bring the following to workshop:

• 3x 50gm balls 8 ply smooth cotton in light colours
• 1 ball of 4 ply cotton if you have it.
• Assorted hooks 2mm-5mm
• scissors, tape measure and stitch markers

Please note: This session will be delivered in-person only - no online offering will be made available.

Sessions run concurrently on each day, so please only choose one full-day session OR no more than one each morning or afternoon sessions per day!
