Learn a game-changing technique that enables you to do the impossible: work motif projects and join as if you’re working a back-and-forth type of stitch!
This introduction to Lisa Hounshell's "Breakaway Crochet Method" will provide you with the trick you need to jump from one motif to the next, without breaking the yarn between each one. This means you can crochet as many of these mini “naughts and hearts” as you want, one after the other, without the usual tedium of sewing the motifs together or having to weave in countless yarn tails.
It’s also possible to combine these mini motifs in many interesting arrangements, so they’re suitable to use in a variety of clever projects including: blanket borders, cup cozies, table mats, headbands, curtains, even scarves and cowls. Instructions will be given for working the naughts and hearts using key the Breakaway Crochet techniques, along with a FREE selection of patterns to get you started on a project.
Suited for intermediate to advanced crocheters who are confident with exploring new methods and ideas.
