Workshop 16: Reading Patterns & Charts with Shelley Husband

Join Shelley Husband as she takes you through an important part of the Granny Square Academy and take your beginner crochet skills to the next level with me. If you;

• can crochet a traditional granny square but can’t read a pattern,
• taught yourself to crochet and aren’t quite sure if you’re doing it right, or
• know what you’re doing but want to brush up on your skills,

then this class is for you!

Come and join Shelley as she works through some lessons from Granny Square Academy. She will get you going with the confidence to tackle more adventurous crochet patterns.

Please bring the following to workshop:

• at least 50 grams of 8 or 10ply yarn, cotton if possible in 2 solid colours.
• crochet hook to suit yarn 4mm - 5mm for 8 ply, 5mm - 6mm for 10 ply
• scissors, yarn needle and crochet stitch markers
• pen/pencil

Please note: This session will be delivered in-person only - no online offering will be made available.

Sessions run concurrently on each day, so please only choose one full-day session OR no more than one each morning or afternoon sessions per day!
