    Charity Drive Meetup

Adelaide Branch and Adelaide Hills/Southern Suburbs Branch are partnering with Skein Machine and supported by Yarn Pig to hold a Beanie and Scarf Drive to support people who experience homelessness.  An adverse turn of events could turn anyone's life on its head and result in homelessness, and no-one deserves to feel the isolation or vulnerability that would result from this.  We would like to support these people by giving them something that could help them stay warm, and to let them know someone is thinking of them.  

We will be holding two Charity Drive Meet-Ups, in addition to our usual Meet-Ups, to have a social time creating beanies, scarves, cowls and berets:

• Sunday July 5 from 12:30 - 3:30 at Skein Machine 276 Shepherd Hill Rd, Eden Hills 

• Saturday August 1 from 10:00 to 12:00 at The Republic Hotel, cnr Magill Rd and Osmond Tce, Norwood.  There will be an optional lunch at the venue afterwards.  All are welcome.
