In this workshop, participants learn how to design and crochet a rectangular, hexagonal or round bag base that can be adjusted to match many stitch counts. From the foundation single crochet to the finished design, we will explore design options and suitable stitches to match your personal style. Learn how to calculate how many stitches you need to start with to achieve your final stitch count. Take away a finished bag base and a sample design for a bi-coloured bag base and ideas for designing your own side panels.
