Join Jill Rakich at the national crochet conference for her workshop, "Crochet Jars to Light Up Your Life." Participants will embark on a creative journey to craft a small beaded jar, learning techniques that can be applied to larger projects.

In this hands-on session, participants will receive the pattern and gain insights into adapting for larger-scale creations. Jill emphasises the mathematical aspect of jar lamp-making, empowering attendees to explore various shapes and sizes confidently.

With over 50 years of crochet experience, Jill Rakich brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to her workshops. Since retiring in 2019, she has dedicated her time to designing homewares, clothing, and, notably, intricately crafted lanterns. Her designs were showcased in the choreographed fashion parade at last year's conference in Sydney. Having refined her lantern-making techniques over the past four years, Jill is eager to share her insights and expertise, condensing years of trial and error into a concise three-hour workshop. Whether crafting lanterns or beaded jars, Jill's passion for crochet shines through, offering participants an enriching and inspiring experience.
