You will learn how to crochet my overlay crochet hexagon and half hexagon, and join them together using join as you go technique to create an amazing dog coat for your fur baby.  These have become so popular and it is easy when you know how.

Join Crochet Guild Australia Foundation member, our very own Jill Rakich from Hervey Bay in Queensland - when she travels to the "Big Smoke" to teach you how to make a dog coat for your own furry friend.  Jill will have examples  of the many things that can be made using hexagons and half hexagons - not just dog coats.  But in this workshop she will show you how.

On hand will be 2 other Guild Members to assist in the workshop.

Duration: Afternoon session: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Skill level: Beginners to intermediate
Inclusions:

General admission ticket for 2 June 2023
Pattern will be emailed to each participant (value $15) on payment for the workshop.


Please bring the following to workshop:

  • At least 3 different colours of 8 ply yarn. 
  • Crochet hook to use with 8ply yarn (3.5mm - 4 mm)

Please note: This session will be delivered in-person only - no online offering will be made available.

Sessions run concurrently on each day, so please only choose one full-day session OR no more than one each morning or afternoon sessions per day!
